| Details: | On the above date Ms. Fritz and her boyfriend were parked at a remote area near the Potomac River. They were allegedly accosted by a man with a gun who forced them to lay face down on the ground. Money was taken from the boyfriend and both were walked to the river. The boyfriend was forced to swim across the river to West Virginia. Fritz’s body was later discovered in the river. Drowning was listed as the cause of death. |
