Details:	Ms. Kelly met friends at a tavern in Jarrettsville sometime after 11:00 PM. They then went to a bar located in the Rocks Spring Shopping Center where she had several drinks. She then took a friend home in the Churchville area of Harford County and was last seen driving toward her home at around 1:00 AM. When she did not arrive a missing persons report was filed. Her vehicle was located on the parking lot of a convenience store at Rt 22 and Rt 543, in Churchville. Evidence of foul play was present. Ms. Kelly’s remains were found at the above location on 09-27-1988.
