Details:	Carol left her home to go to work, however did not arrive. Her vehicle was located with the door open near her residence. Carol was reported missing by her husband. On 01/21/1963, Carol’s fully clothed body was recovered on the side of College Avenue in Ellicott City. Autopsy determined Carol had died due the cold weather. Due to the circumstances of the case, it was worked as a Homicide.
