Details:	Mr. Smith was last seen during the last week of November 1995. It was alleged that Mr. Smith was involved in the drug trade and made frequent trips out of state. On June 21, 1996, at approximately 3:00 p.m. Mr. Smith’s fully clothed body was located in a wooded area by loggers excavating that section of woods.
