| Details: | Mr. Steele was last seen leaving his home in Baltimore on April 13, 1990. It was alleged that Mr. Steele may have had ties to the gay community. It was also alleged that Mr. Steele often would display substantial sums of money. On April 14, 1990 at approximately 8:00 a.m. Mr. Steele’s fully clothed body, was recovered from the Mason Dixon Gravel Pit by hunters in the area. |
