| Details: | Mr. Stoddard was last seen getting into a vehicle on February 2, 1981. It was alleged that Mr. Stoddard was involved in the drug trade and associated with a motorcycle gang. Mr. Stoddard’s fully clothed body was recovered on February 4, 1981 at approximately 4:00 p.m. in the Severn River near Bay Ridge. |
