| Details: | On the above date and time inmate Willie Owens was housed in a cell with another inmate at the Maryland Correctional Institute, Jessup, Md. On the above date and time Willie Owens was found on the floor of his cell unresponsive. Owens died as a result of blunt force trauma to the head. Investigators identified his cellmate as the possible suspect, however forensic evidence and the lack of a creditable witness prevented prosecution at that time. |
