| Details: | Mr. Plew disappeared on the evening of 12-31-1981. Sheriff’s Department personnel contacted the State Police when it became evident that Mr. Plew may have met with foul play. Mr. Plews glasses and groceries were on the kitchen floor. Mr. Plew’s body was located in the trunk of his car. Autopsy revealed Mr. Plew had died of gunshot wounds. Robbery was the apparent motive for the crime. |
