| Details: | On the above referenced date and time, Mrs. Wagoner’s husband contacted the victim’s father to report her being deceased. The father of the victim in turn contacted the Maryland State Police. Maryland State police responded finding the Mrs. Wagoner deceased in her bed with an apparent gunshot would to her head. At the time of her death other family members were present in the home. |
