Details:	On the above referenced date and time, the body of Ms. West was located on the side of the road next to a swamp. Her partially clothed body was discovered by individuals riding dirt bikes. In addition, her vehicle was also present at the location of her body. It was alleged Ms. West may have been involved in the drug trade.
