| Details: | On the above date and time Mr. Meadows was driving on I-95 at the Forge Road Overpass. Unidentified person(s) dropped a cinder block from the overpass striking the windshield of Mr. Meadow’s 1969 Cadillac. As a result, Mr. Meadows lost control of his vehicle, crashed and was killed. Several suspects were initially identified however, no charges were placed. |
